Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time. Requests made within less than 12 hours of the schedule service may be subject to 50% of total charged (does not include city commute). No-shows or failure to be ready at the agreed pickup time may also result in a non-refundable charge. For assistance to cancel or reschedule please contact us directly at (223)220-9020.
